Items returned due to incorrect address provided / postal delivery errors
We try our best to process your order and have it shipped out to you as soon as possible. However, in rare cases, the post office or mail courier can make a mistake, and the package may be delayed, lost, or returned to us.
If your item is unable to be delivered and is returned back to us due to an incorrect address provided, we will provide a full refund for the cost of the kit less the amount paid for shipping.
If the address was correctly given and the postal courier simply made a mistake, we can either reship the item right away or provide a full refund, at the discretion of the customer. We cannot ship to a different address in such cases. In some cases, we may request more information in order to file an inquiry with mail theft / fraud investigations, before sending a replacement item or refund.
