If your child is in between sizes, such as a child who weighs around 40 pounds, or is 4.5 years old, order a smaller size if the child is taller / thinner than an average child of their age, or order a larger size if the child is shorter / heavier than an average child of their age.
Please know that children under 3 are more likely to switch from thumb to finger sucking, or vice-versa, due to their habit not being fully matured. If you see that the child switches from thumb to finger sucking, you must contact us.

Unfortunately, this didn’t work. I was really hopeful but feel like I was misguided when our specialist suggested this as a step one solution. I paid the extra rate from Canada and am extremely disappointed this did not break the habit.

Worked great. This was the second time we have used tguard. It worked well for both of my children. They were 4 and 5 years old when they started to wear it.
It worked and we had tried a lot of things! My daughter is 7 and only sucked her thumb at night but she wanted to stop. My daughter was very established in her thumbsucking habit, we tried a few things but nothing worked, it had been going on 9 years. A local orthodontist office recommended TGuard. My daughter was 2 years when we purchased the device. Since she was born she was sucking her right thumb.
